As many of you know, F8 Sportscars is not doing business in the 1921 Brinston building in Troy anymore. We haven't been for the past few months. That property has been taken over by another automotive repair company via means that I can not discuss in detail on the internet. What I can say is that much of our agreement, both to get into a partnership and then to terminate it was not mutual.

I want to state publicly that F8 Sportscars as a business that has been in operation for almost 11 years and specialized in supercars for that time has never allowed another company to use it's branding, heritage, image, customer base, business relationships or influence in any way and has never sold any of it's position as well. F8, as always is a company based on enthusiasts and there was a lot of hard work both on the clients parts to achieve the lifestyle goals they set for themselves so they could purchase the high end cars they love, and for me to be able to service these assets at the level these discerning people expect. The dedication to this way of life on both sides is why F8 succeeds. That is the brand. It has been brought to my attention that this other company has been using our branding and our hard earned positions to profit via misleading marketing and other tactics. I want to stress that F8 does not and will never allow another company to use it's branding or influence in any way without a visual representation of consent of the officers of this company.
